Does this mean checksums are bad for these or no? I have the Karat disc to run some tests if necessary.

great guy, he has some newer systems too.

Awesome, I've tried following the GD-Rom guide along (just reading, not testing) and I had no idea what's going on so best of luck.

Which dumping guides are you referring to, the Disc Image Creator ones? They are pretty much minimal information and as stripped down as much as possible.

Thanks for the input pool7, you and khn are probably the top PS1 unlicensed experts in the world xD

I hope you can help advise on splitting up the many PSX unlicensed systems accurately since that seems to be the course...

Fireball if there is any problem with ripping these discs normally with DIC I hope you will speak up to advise. More will be coming in this upcoming week.

Differently as in not with DIC? I have that Karat disc so let me know. khn will be dumping a dozen or so soon so now is a good time to fill in any missing details.

Since we are now splitting PlayStation cheat discs based on hardware dependency we will need two more systems added to account for the Japan Karat discs that are going to be dumped very soon by kHn as well as the one already in redump:

Please create:
"PlayStation Pro Action Replay 2 (Japan)"
"PlayStation Pro Action Replay 3 (Japan)"

The covers of these discs specify a version number so it is unlikely they are cross compatible.

I'm sure there will be several more cheat systems to be added in the future, but these two systems are necessary now to maintain cohesion with the PlayStation GameShark set split decision.

Please move this disc to the system "Pro Action Replay 3 (Japan)" http://redump.org/disc/45790/

PS: I know the decision to split these sets was made with the correct intentions, but it will create a mess. Either way, I think redump needs to be consistent about their decision, so if GameShark splits, the others dependent on hardware add-on should as well.

Very cool! Are you in USA then? Do you have any PS2 demos as well?

thanks for posting smile

Hi renipinto, we do not share roms here. We dump iso's from original discs to enter in our database as a cataloging system, only the info about iso's is shared and stored (checksums etc), not actual disc images. If you have original discs we are looking forward to your help. Do you have original discs? Thanks smile

Acorn Archimedes CD

Any more info on this system / disc list?

Hmmm diego was telling me he went into a game shop in Spain and found a few missing from the list + redump if I recall correctly... out of my realm of expertise though.

Welcome, the PAL Wii miss list is probably incomplete, so it would be great to double check your entire collection against redump to look for missings smile

Hi Wojtek,

Do you have any demos on the PSX PAL missing list? http://wiki.redump.org/index.php?title= … sing_Games

I have been collecting PAL demos for a while now smile we should chat when your account is approved.

Hmmm do you have more info? Perhaps serial numbers?

I don't expect to find any more hebrew language games to be honest. Soccer is very popular in Israel I believe, maybe more FIFAs? If there were a lot more games I think more would have come to light by now. I think it is like Russia or South Korea for PSX, not enough money to make from the market at the time for localization.

This lead me to find another old auction, new serial number identified! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/322927208287

Is this currently the best guide for dumping GD-Roms? In the DIC thread it says it's a supported format, so is DIC better to dump than the methods in this thread?

Please advise as I have a Dreamcast collector friend that might be interested in helping. Thanks smile

Hi Shadowolf, thanks for your post. You will find absolutely no roms here, we are a reference site for collectors (including many that share on those types of sites). Redump is a simply preservation database for building a dat smile

If you have any original games on on our miss lists - or are interested in buying some like Brazilian exclusive Sega Saturn & Sega CD that would be an enormous help, since these discs are unavailable to others. We have another Brazilian user here I can put you in touch with if this sounds like something you're interested in doing smile Thanks!

Eh no problemo. I should be able to resell it. It's the only Hebrew packaging I've seen so far so it's worth a look.

Keep up the hunt for the other FIFA though. Super happy to have you helping look for that.

I see the serial now, I think you're right. Damn. Oh well.

Cool, I'll dump do scans then resell to buy more then.

Good luck looking for FIFA 2000, very cool someone is keeping an eye out for it smile

For sure, I hope I didn't snipe a disc you wanted to purchase. I don't plan on keeping it anyway, so if you want it I'll resell it to you for what I paid for it after I dump it. I just didn't want to see it get away... who knows if it will ever be found again lol!

> Can somebody confirm my thoughts?

I can confirm that I love you! Dude that's SO MUCH for sharing this! Bought. Will redump.

Super weird there's no serial number on this! I hope it's a new rom and not just hebrew art... but we will see when it arrives smile

Just dumped an official Sony "Review Version" CD-R of TOTAL NBA 98 and noticed a warning in terminal:

[WARNING] Number of sector(s) where subheader(0x10 - 0x17) isn't same: 1

What does this mean? Can I still submit it?
