Worth a shot I guess? Not sure if they'll be accepted though. CDI's sometimes (not rarely but not often) have mastering errors, which make having a proper drive extra important.
What missing CDi titles do you have out of curiosity? I've been on a CDi binge lately.

The idea behind dumping section 40 as one big chunk relates to the read momentum required to power through the trickier sectors. In other words if you slice it too thin you'll likely never be able to dump some sectors in their own small chunk. That's the theory anyway.

Dreamcast dumping is a bit like voodoo. One thing I've found is that it's often good to stop the dump if it goes around a few times without verifies - let the drive cool for an hour and go again. If you're dumping back to back to back, that might be part of the problem.
Some discs are known to be problematic with DC dumping, but based on the amount of verifies Virtual On shouldn't be one of them.

I got a CDi prototype CD-r. Dumped it with 760SA and 716A. Same hashes, but has Main Error. I'm guessing these are mastering related?

IsoBuster also has issues with Jigsaw, so I think that one is a mastering issue.
sarami I believe this is a dic & isobuster bug. I have dumped this disc with trurip app and it has no errors. Isobuster says there are errors while dumping in the last 16 sectors, but trurip dumps fine.

IsoBuster also has issues with Jigsaw, so I think that one is a mastering issue.
