I am puzzled, how come that your other dumps are encrypted (if they match the database they have to be) and this one not?
File names are not affecting the dumping hashes, this is not the real issue, just wanna say.
The existing dump has to be verified by re-dumping once again, if the original dumper (lxxxl) is able to do it.

I also want to ask a few questions here:
1. If a mixed-mode cd has scratches that damaged audio quality, is there any way to fix it? Can I submit it?
2. DIC doesn't support some of the protected discs yet, but it seems still acceptable using DIC to dump and submit those discs? I wonder why.
1. In most of the cases, NO. Unless you can resurface the disc.

I have been contributing to gametdb scanning my WiiU collection, but have encountered a little problem.
I know I can dump the games myself but do not remember where to finding those IDs (Somewhere in a xml file I believe but been a long time I have fiddled with WiiU dumping).
Don't they have something like a FAQ for their members?
Would probably be better to ask them directly.

If other discs match with your results then this dump has to be investigated.
Does your disc's ring info match?
Can you see if there is any scratches on your disc?
When you dump your disc multiple times, does it deliver the same hash values for every dump?
