It sounds counterintuitive, but try a higher speed, or try a lower speed and change /c2 20 to something like /c2 200 to give it more attempts.

Thanks, I've tried different speeds and the results are the same. (x1, x2, x3, x16, x32, x40, x48 and /c2 200)
I’m going to give it a rest.

Is there anything I can try?
I've tried low speed (x4).
The disc looks clean.

How can I fix the dumps that used that option?

Use Injector or re-dump.

This is probably a fix for "psxt001z --fix" issue.

no, "A-Spec"
I think it's "specification".

Why isn't "A-spec" capitalized?

Again IMHO, it's significant to indicate different print runs/different ringcodes, at least when they result in different dumps when using the same standard dumping method.

I agree with you, but what I want to know is the current rules.

Because 2 different prints are known, the first was dumped as 0 (as usual), another needs the -294 offset to match the entry (it's pointless to add different prints of the same disc as separate entries, since the whole disc contents is shifted).

Aren't these pointless?
