As some of you know, MPF 2.2 stable is now released:

PLEASE UPDATE TO THE LATEST STABLE VERSION OF MPF if you are using an older version!
This helps to make sure your dumps are accurate and up-to-date, and greatly assists the redump staff with your submissions. I know some people are using older versions of MPF and even DICUI in some cases. Unless there is a specific or special reason why you must use an older version, please update. Thank you!

After closer inspection - it turns out this disc is indeed dual-layer. Just a relatively uncommon case where it is so small yet dual-layer. The rings certainly indicated dual-layer, but we've also seen some disc with 2 "layers" of rings but not actual dual-layer disc. Anyway, it's a bit confusing, but the disc is in the database now
A request has been submitted to ir0b0t to fix this by changing DVD-5 to DVD-9.
