But I think this is not a general ISRC. ISRC (also MCN) appears periodically per sector (mainly 98).
Also, these sectors always have R-W fixes in the logs.
gogadget reports Vid Grid is undumpable with the latest test version of DIC, took over 10 hours to dump with no c2 errors and wasn't finished. Do you still have it to dump and check?

Do you need other logs? It exists for all the Jaguar CD titles.

Can you examine those logs and sub better? There are ISRC sectors in the sub, but no ISRC tags in the cue.

P and Q-channel of the track02 of Hexen are estimated that it matches because all P and Q-channel of the other track match. As a result, 021027 belongs to the track02.
P and Q-channel of the track04 of Quake are estimated that it does not match because all P and Q-channel of the other track don't match. As a result, 050680 belongs to the track03.
It should detect the normal (P and Q matching) gaps properly, like in Heretic. Cases similar to Quake probably needs a manual checking, I don't think it's possible to do it automatically.

Yes, bad mastering leading to P-channel vs Q-channel disrepancy. 00:02:00 gaps by the P-channel, 00:01:74 by the Q-channel. You can probably write some log message when P-channel and Q-channel gaps differ.

And what we have here are the "F0 F0 F0 00 00 00 0F 0F 0F" sequences detected as 24 bit (or 12 bit + 12 bit or 8 bit + 16 bit errors depending on how the data is shifted on different drives).

But different drives give different data for the audio tracks affected by these. PX-716A, Plextor Premium and one more Plextor model (wiggy named the folder "5024", but he doesn't have SCSI drives, so it's not DM-5024 and probably he meant PX-W5224) dumps match, PX-W4012A dumps differ, LG GSA-H10N detects no C2 errors and its dumps differ again; and it seems that BH16NS40 drive dumps also differ (needs more testing). So I don't know how to choose a good dump (and if any of the dumps is good).

Why change the behaviour after so many years? Now if people dump a disc, they will get different results as before.. this is very worrisome
The earlier dump is incorrect.
subQ seems more relevant to me than subP always.. and with this dump you get a 02:00 pregap with 1 scrambled data sector (very odd) when subP is given priority, or 01:74 with no scrambled data with subQ.
The very first sector of the gap is EAN, subQ doesn't tell which track it belongs to in this case. Previously, it was needed to analyze manually to decide which track it belongs to, now DIC additionally checks the P channel in this case.
I will discard the 2020 results in favor of the old dump.
Old dump is wrong, Nexy has added it without rechecking and other guys haven't checked its gaps as well.
I moved the scrambled sector to _maininfo.txt
LBA 0 to 4 has offset 3540 and LBA 6 to 10 has offset 3652.
Everything is fine with Sangokushi, btw, sectors -150 to -1 have offset 3652, then it goes a piece of garbage data, then it goes a user data area (sector 0 and further) with offset 3540, so it has a problem in its pregap similar to Saturn +588/+1176 discs and Gulf War/Lip 3, it's not like Mega CD Silpheed demo with user data area issues.

You need to dump it with the swap method, then. DIC has a separate mode for that. The drive will only read the specific sectors without trying to decode its damaged/confusing TOC.

DIC is dumping scrambled now, previously it did not dump scrambled (Dimo's Quest Europe).
This bug exists since sometime before 20190326, whenever DIC stopped outputting to SCM.
I was confused with its .cue, which says the track is CDI (= MODE2/2352) instead of audio, thought it was descrambled. I've never seen the actual image.
At least, there are 4 patterns for the CD-i.
CD-i Bridge (Video CD, Photo CD) and Rainbow CD discs are also CD-i, they have different 'patterns'.

I've just said it looks weird, because scrambled sectors should have scrambled data, probably a mastering error? You should descramble it and check how it looks descrambled.
Does it mean pregap sectors of track 1 should be descrambled similar to the single track of cd-i?
Maybe worth to make a pair of dats, like for TOC sync/Sub sync case? Scrambled data files (for redump) + descrambled data files (for playing and maybe for alternative redump entries).
Will *probably* match http://redump.org/disc/60326/ but, ofc, dump it, if you can. Probably even a non-Plextor dump would be sufficient in this case.
