Lists of known games / serial numbers missing from the Redump.org database.
All Miss Lists folder
Sony
-Playstation
--Asia
--Europe
--USA Games
--USA Lightspan
--USA Demos
--USA Unreleased
If there is interest / help I will look to expand these lists to additional systems.
sharing the code will allow other people to tweak it if need be
i have the opportunity to get my hands on some of these, are they accepted at redump?
PLEASE SOMEONE DO ONE OF MY SUGGESTIONS IT WOULD MAKE SET COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION SO MUCH EASIER!
bump, also
A MISS LIST would be great! with the ability to separate by region
instead of "fpcopy" in the command line use "fpcopy64"
>Can I use NiKoTiN tool?
yes, FPCopy works great
its kinda sad png hasnt been mentioned until the 6th post! but anyway, is it feasible?
i voted yes, even if its not mandatory in redump sets at the very least the checksum and size should be preserved, even if noted separately.
might be a good idea to put this on youtube?
bump, this would help me with my set building immensely
there is already an image owner feature, maybe redump can add a feature to put an entry into a person's wantlist? this would obviously have certain benefits...
many people dont take the time to properly uncompress the roms, they are too stupid to read the accompanying text to the torrent they download. these games are as close to original as possible, so i dont see any validity in the anti-PSX rhetoric, i cant see how redump.org PSX games would run worse than others.

NiKoTiN wrote:But x64 version isn't tested
it may require more testing to be officially linked here, but i was able to use it to get the same results as iRobot
i hope that this program gets linked into the guide, assuming the source code looks good to the mods and no bugs are found which would give an incorrect result in oddball cases.
i think it would be a lot easier, when people ask for help, to just send them a link then try to explain IRC for them. personally i only use IRC once every 6months or so and i always forget how to do it...
i hope the dev adds win7 64bit support as it looks like its going to become the dominate OS in the next few years
can redump.org have one of these like UG and What.cd have?
hi, i get this error when trying to take off the pregap from the back of Track 1 of a PSX game
does this program not work on 64bit windows 7?
if thats the case is there any mod which would be interested in resizing the file to get the proper info?
redump has a great search function you are right, but the view all pages & cntrl+F helps hunt down minor differentiations in titles and serials
are bonus DVD's going here?
http://redump.org/discs/system/dvd-video/
~~~
there are a few entries already under different systems for bonus DVD Videos...
which was recently removed.
this makes it easy to search based on serial number, which is very useful especially for japanese titles which are often named differently around the web
good suggestion, i would like to see the redump database include more information in the future, such as game publisher etc if practical, however every additional piece of info that needs to be researched takes up more time and for 10 000 discs it can be a big burden
