Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn (USA) (03D0-12C7) (Disc 2) appears to be a duplicate of Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn (USA) (Disc 2)!
Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn (USA) (A901-6A72) (Disc 3) appears to be a duplicate of Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn (USA) (Disc 3)!
Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn (USA) (6B2D-0372) (Disc 4) appears to be a duplicate of Baldur's Gate II - Shadows of Amn (USA) (Disc 4)!
Call of Duty (USA) (Disc 2) appears to be a duplicate of Call of Duty - Game of the Year Edition (Europe) (Disc 2)!
Doom 3 (Europe) (Disc 2) appears to be a duplicate of Doom 3 (Germany) (Disc 2)!One of the X2 discs is bad. Both disc 1 and disc 2 are identical, but they shouldn't be.
The rest are shared discs between different releases of multi-disc games. Probably best left as-is, but they're technically identical hash sets listed under multiple entries.

Just Cause (USA) contains an illegal filesize for DVD! (Not 2048 byte sectors)!
Klonoa 2 - Lunatea's Veil (USA) contains an illegal filesize for DVD! (Not 2048 byte sectors)!
Silent Hill 4 - The Room (USA) (En,Ja) contains an illegal filesize for DVD! (Not 2048 byte sectors)!All entries are either bad or had their filesize submitted wrong.

Red Dead Revolver (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It) contains an illegal filesize for DVD! (Not 2048 byte sectors)!Bad filesize, though this one is green lighted. The hashes are probably good, just the verifier didn't notice the filesize mistake.
