So, for that one : The DLCs are in English, french, german, Italian, Spanish.
However, it's too complicated to work on Xenia, but the title update is probably for http://redump.org/disc/42240/, and http://redump.org/disc/12569/ probably has a different one. If this title update is required for the DLCs to be playable (I got no way to verify that, but it is something that could happen), that would mean that the DLCs would only play with http://redump.org/disc/13277/. And in that case, I do not know what would happen, maybe if you have German selected, the whole game will play in English, then it would switch to German for the DLCs ? Would be interesting to try that on original hardware
