Following the other changes, I think this one's datfile modifier should be dropped, as for the other regional variants. Only the limited edition and the pre order bonus should get a datfile modifier.

Then it would need to be added to the 3 other European regional variants ( http://redump.org/discs/system/xbox360/ … rt/serial/), apart from the Japanese one since it was included in every Japanese release, and it was the only bonus disc they received.
Also, I think "rerelease" is a bit misleading, maybe it would be better to be "Classics" and "Platinum Hits/Classics", as it is not a rerelease of the Bonus disc, but a different one.

The only difference between the 4 Platnium Hits / Classics Bonus discs is that http://redump.org/disc/38462/ installs the International version of the DLC, http://redump.org/disc/105908/ installs the French language version, http://redump.org/disc/9690/ installs the German language version and http://redump.org/disc/66655/ installs the Italian language version. It could be good to add that to the comments.
The Japanese Bonus disc's content is a bit different, the DLC is not the same, the videos have hard coded Japanese subtitles, etc, which is normal since it was the game was released later in Japan, so that one is best with no datfile modifier.
