Requesting forum account for technical help with Sega CD game

Hi,
I'm requesting a forum account because I have been working on a fix/hack for a Sega CD game, which requires data to be moved around in the .ISO, but would require some technical assistance regarding how to locate and understand the values necessary for .cue file building, and possible sector data changes.
