There may be a toolstamp on this disc, but no matter how I image it (scan, IR light scan, phone camera ring trick with LED or IR light) - it simply is too obscured to read. If you have any other tips to image it or even just see it in real life, let me know.

It might also just be a printing error - there doesn't seem to be anything on the other side of the silkscreen where it is obscured (used a LED flashlight to see through this area.)
