error: unsupported drive read method for mixed data/audio

So I used dd:

dd if=/dev/sr0 of=jvc.iso bs=2048
dd: error reading '/dev/sr0': Input/output error
454+0 records in
454+0 records out
929792 bytes (930 kB, 908 KiB) copied, 0.0598698 s, 15.5 MB/s

The error scared me, but repeatedly dd-ing the disc gave me the same MD5. I also verified it booted in a Saturn emulator.

Please approve my account so I can upload. Thanks.
