Please change this:

okay, afaik all SafeDisc protected discs are in MODE1, so it should be correct !!!

and you are sure the first disc is MODE1 as well?

I have exactly the same disc 1 and it is in MODE1!
but i have a different disc 2 for this game and probably because i have another version of the game but from the same region!
Only the second disc is protected, and with the same safedisc v2.90.040!

I need to identify my version of the game!
