i checked this cd too, offset is +1 as well but crcs for tracks 02..07 differ (08 is dummy)
from this image it looks like you have +62 samples offset difference from my cd

that would make sense, xenogears plese redump, maybe first time something got wrong with offset correction
Audio tracks starting with data is possible, every SCD Vay audio track starts with data, and a Winning Post track starts with data too.

one case in psx also... tekken 3 platinum got 1 audio track shifted onto next tracks pregap, but in that case i think themabus is right
i got my copy from man whos images usualy need +416b or +412b correction and in v-rally case its +412 => 4*62+164 (and +164 is the offset I used for fixing into current dump)
