While renaming my dumps with Clrmame, I discovered a problem with the database.
As the platinum version of Crash has been added, the dat has a double entry:

There is nothing that can identity them in the set title. I think a mod should put the tags version 1.0 to the original release and 1.1 to the platinum.

They have same EXE date, so EDC and NoEDC tags are prefered  just like CTR, imo.
