I think thismust be renamed to Honda (Demo). I can't find any info about this game but it's in demos category so it must be demo and must be renamed.

Honda Demo is the text on the cd afair
all demos in our database are like this game_name (Demo). it's a standart for naming we use.
Then it should be called Honda Demo (Demo) 
Honda alone isn't the games' name.. besides, there isn't even a full version of this game afaik

I changed Resident Evil 2, Final Fantasy VIII and Silent Hill demo filenames to (Demo)... I checked the cd covers of all 3 games and they didn't show Trial Version, Sneak Preview or Preview.. I think it's best to just name them (Demo) like the other game Demo's in the dat (Metal Gear Solid, Ape Escape, etc).
I think so too. there are some games that says demo in the main menu and trial or prewiev on the covers and vise versa. but they all are just demos. this one have to be changed to demo as well.
European demo discs have only the title though, and a bunch of text on the lower side of the disc explaining in various languages that it's a demo.

I think Honda Demo should be renamed to Honda Demo (Demo) because (Demo) refers not to the game title

The game titlescreen in Resident Evil 2 (Preview) in both US & EUR versions says "Preview"

I think its should be renamed to Resident Evil 2: Preview & BioHazard 2: Trial Edition accordingly!
