I'm not sure about Redump's naming conventions and I normally don't see titles written in all uppercase letters in the database, but the official title in Japan when written in latin script appears to be COMBATQUEEN, which is confirmed by 1. the game's manual (written in plain text, not logo) and 2. Sony's official listing.
If all caps is against Redump's conventions, I'd suggest using CombatQueen as capital C and Q is more or less stressed by the game's logo.
