Hi, I have purchased Last Hope from the latest re-print by NG:DEV Team (NGDT CD-300J) which I can share for dumping purpose, I also noticed on the Archive.org that a version of Samurai Spirit is missing "NGCD-087 Samurai Spirits - Zankurou Musouken -- NGCD-087 MT 04 ringcode exists (same contents, unique offset)" I do have this game but I am not sure if it is the version you are looking for.
