for pc it's difficult to tell release.
for those games versions are >1.0, so maybe there was another one bofere that?

As I know both games are 1st release, I don't know if they were re-released in bundle o econimic. Both are big box games.
Maybe the games come out with same package but different release, Japanese software is so strange.
By the way sometimes even some Japanese games have original first and late releases, but different boxes (for example many arcade games were released for PC, they had 2 or 3 editions).
