I am interested about the discussions of 1:1 dumps.
Currently I am also looking to convert my TOSEC to Redump dumps.
You are the only site which is hosting the tool "TOSEC 2 REDUMP and vice versa dumps converter"

That converter is for the Dreamcast dumps only. For the other systems you need to use CDMage or to mount your image onto a virtual drive and dump it with any tool that supports splitting the tracks and correcting the offset.
