Appreciate if anyone can offer help for a homebrew .ELF to work on Playstation 2, so it can dump PSX or PS2 CD/DVDs, just like redump.org tools - Disc Image Creator

Reason is obvious, to rip redump info into usb flash drive by means of Playstation 2, instead of using PC with compatible Plextor Drives, which are hard to find and very expensive in 2nd hand market...


P.S. there exists already a homebrew for Dreamcast to rip GD-rom, though the format is TOSEC, it's no difficulty in converting into redump.

A PS2 will not dump to a redump compatible method, even if it was possible.

DVDs can be dumped with any drive model, no plextor required.
