There are 2 Gradius Gaiden (J) [SLPM-86042].
and, in dat, fuzzball's dump is renamed as  "Gradius Gaiden (J) [SLPM-86042] Copy 1.bin".
It should be Gradius Gaiden (J) (Alt) [SLPM-86042].

If you did dump from 'PlayStation the Best', it should be done as follows.
Gradius Gaiden (J) (v1.1) [SLPM-86103]

And my dump is 'Gradius Gaiden (J) (v1.0) [SLPM-86042]'.
