I think that the most appropriate name for this disc is

Lunar 2 - Eternal Blue Complete (The Making of)

instead of

The Making of Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete

The making of is the disc label, the game title is Lunar 2 - Eternal Blue Complete and the "making of" disc is inside the case, not in a separate box with The Making of Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete written on.

Do you mean this was a 2 disc set?

[EDIT]
Nevermind I got my answer and I agree with you and have changed it.

Now it's also wrong!
The current title

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete (Disc 2) (The Making of)

should be changed to

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete (The Making of)

It's not the making of disc 2, it's the making of lunar 2!

fixed

I think it must be like this: http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/4391/makingxa2.jpg

Actually to have consistency with the other 3 discs it should be either

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete (The Making of)
or
Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete, The Making of

I think it's fine like it is now (the former).

We never used volumes to name entries, so why should this be an exception?

maybe, because the developer named his product like this?

There are already infinite cases in the database in which the volume name differs from the title we use, since we follow box name.  There are MCD discs which have volume names such as MEGADRIVE_SPECIAL and nothing else. Just as we postpone "The" to start the title with the right letter, we postpone "The Making of" for the same reason.

Without resorting to volumes, this is the disc scan
