[FIXED][PSX] Kartia: World of Fate (U) - factory write offset

I redumped Kartia with Perfectrip (result match with the older method), plus I calculated factory write offset with d8: +2

I'll slowly (in the next days/weeks) redump every disc I submitted before I could use perfectrip, I'll also check every factory write offset with d8 too.
