I just added Star Gladiator (U) [PSX] to the database. The the title on the cover Reads:

Star
Gladiator
Episode: I
Final Crusade

The edge of the case reads simply "Star Gladiator"

I put "Star Gladiator - Episode: I - Final Crusade" as the title. Is this correct?

Yeah.. usually you could just do a google check and see how mobygames/sonyindex/wikipedia etc name it..
