In the folder the Cue that does not have a Dump after it was done with Imgburn

I did 4 rips 2 from Disc Image Creator 1 from CloneCD and 1 from Imgburn.  None will work in the an emulator except the one from Imgburn, but it doesnt make any logs I could find.  Th issue is that I am using a LG M-Disc DVD burner drive, and not a Plexor so that might be the issue.  when I run the Hex reader this is what I see

Clone CD and the Imgburn is the same for a while then changes the 2 DIC rips (1 is with the /nl and 2 is without) are Identical.

CloneCD had a lot of missing code but then picks up the same again later down.

If its because I dont have the correct drive and it will be fine when I find one.  Then i will do that.  but if  I can help out in anyway let me know

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

I'm new at redump too and of course not expert, but I got a similar issue and sarami told me is the Plextor drive indeed because of how CloneCD and other dumping tools works as opposed to DIC

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

Me and xTMODx have been keeping a close eye on eBay for Plextors. Do you have laptops or desktop computers?

Here are a few Plextor drives cheap (depend on what shipping cost you may have)

Are you selling those? They look great but he doesn't ship to Argentina sad

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

No those are not from me, i am from Germany.

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

Hey guys, I just talked with this seller, he can bring shipping costs down to about $20 for shipping in USA:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_odkw=& … p;_sacat=0

He also ships internationally and guarantees his drives are working.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO BID AND IF SO ON WHICH ONE! I will likely buy up the rest to have in case anyone needs in the future. But it's best if you buy it to save an extra shipping step.

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

@Douglie,

If you’re from USA, you should buy one of those 755uf external.

@escarlata,

The best option for you is buy from a member here that already tested the drive and sell for a fair price. xTMODx sold me one this way.

@dizzy,

I pm’ed you about those 755uf drives. You definitely should buy them all.

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

escarlata has worked out shipping with the seller and plans to buy one that ends in two days. He will update.

Douglie, these are great drives at a great price, let me know if you plan to buy one and pick one so I will not bid against you.

Schrodinger, I will bid on one of these for you.

I just recevied a message from the ebay seller that has those 755uf.
Quote "We only ship international with the eBay global shipping program. if you can't see the shipping cost to there it mean we do not ship there."

So, regrettably no 755uf for me

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

Ok, I will bid on one for you too if you cover price and shipping. I will bid maximum of 45$ on each drive and if I buy multiple drives I will sell for an average of the cost + shipping to me (which seller will combine shipping). I hope that means I will be able to resell the drives to you guys (without profit) for around $35-40 each (before shipping costs to you).

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

Ouch, someone outbid me at 46$ on the one that just ended.

Agreed!

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

Another one snatched up at a high price. I threw $45 bids on the rest, putting them out of mind. I have a feeling whoever is buying them is planning to try to resell at a higher price in the future. We'll see if any of my bids land.

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

Lol, it might be cheaper for you to get an internal drive anyway. xTMODx found some older desktop drives for cheap, did you ever buy those?

Re: first attemp at dumping a game... need help

xTMODx sent me a message and told me hehas some units willing to sell, however he hasn't decided yet on which one(s)
