2 Xtreme (U) [SCUS-94508], 2Xtreme (E) [SCES-00400] are on the dat.
They need to be standardized, I think.
I don't know which is better, though.

Gamespot and IGN use "2 Xtreme".

I changed it to 2Xtreme, but it makes me wonder if p_star's dump is really correct.. I've never seen games with 0 sec gaps.. there's something fishy about it  http://redump.org/disc/2094/

I just got 2Xtreme greatest hits, 0 sec gaps, same audio.. different data though.

It should be the same.. have you tried scanning it in cdmage for corruption? I hope p_star can do the same (same size, exe date etc)
