Yeah. The European version is Multi5: German, English, Italian, Spain, French
I have this one, and my crc match this one in database and I play this Game in German, so I checked this out and it is wrong here. I noticed, that some Wii PAL Games have wrong Languages in database. (Mostly only English, although they are Multi).
I will recheck them and write post it here, if I find more Language mistakes
