the game is a UK only game, Alan Hansen is UK sports reporter and the most of the questions are around local english teams, athletes etc. can this be investigated?

I believe you're right, GBK. Another indication would be that amazon.de and amazon.fr only list the game as a UK import. If it was released all over Europe, there would likely be locally available copies. IGN also doesn't list a European version: http://uk.ps2.ign.com/objects/954/95436 … -tabs-data.
I also haven't found any scans of the game cover with a German USK logo, for example, which would be required by law to sell the game to underage people in Germany. With all this evidence combined, I'm very sure it's a UK-only release as you said. Changing it ^^
