I hope Dremora can do this in some way.. otherwise we would have to search for all 'CapColle' dumps manually.

Yes, it's rather easy to do in sql directly 
UPDATE table SET edition='CapCole' WHERE edition='CapColle'
I'm sure Dremora will do it.
