I noticed the two following games include comments as to which games they were bundled with.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis Demo
- Bundled with Dino Crisis

Jade Cocoon: Story of the Tamamayu Demo
- Bundled with Shadow Madness


I think it would be a good idea if you want to update the below games to include which games they came with.

Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete Demo
- Bundled with Vanguard Bandits


Squaresoft on PlayStation 1998 Collector's CD Vol. 1
- Bundled with Parasite Eve (part 1)


Squaresoft on PlayStation 1998 Collector's CD Vol. 2
- Bundled with Brave Fencer Musashi


Squaresoft on PlayStation 2000 Collector's CD Vol. 3
- Bundled with Vagrant Story
