I've been downloading some manuals from replacementdocs and in the Vagrant Story manual, this disc is called "SQUARESOFT® 2000 Collector’s CD vol.1". I don't own the disc so I can't verify that but it might be worth looking into.
I think it would also be nice to add some "Bundled with" info to the comments sections for each game and the demo discs they were bundled with, similar to R: Racing Evolution and its bonus disc Pac-Man Vs. on GameCube:
Squaresoft on PlayStation 1998 Collector's CD Vol. 1 was bundled with Parasite Eve (and Disc 2)
Squaresoft on PlayStation 1998 Collector's CD Vol. 2 was bundled with Brave Fencer Musashi
Squaresoft on PlayStation 2000 Collector's CD Vol. 3 (or Squaresoft 2000 Collector's CD Vol. 1) was bundled with Vagrant Story
