Should it be changed to: 'Star Wars - Rogue Squadron III - Rebel Strike (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It)-0'?
one is the promo and one is the original

FIXED, someone continues to change this stuff probably according to moon phases
don't know who did it.
the other dump is actually a demo disc, the dumper has told to me it is printed "Demo" on the disc, have no idea who changes the edition to promo every time
The edition was always "Promo", nobody ever set it to "Demo". The problem was that someone deleted "Promo" from "Version (datfile)" field, so entry in DB was like an original.
If you are sure it's a Demo, we have to edit "Category"=Demo "Edition"=Original "Version (datfile)"=Demo.
By the way if we want to be no-intro standards we have to change all "Demo" in "Version (datfile)" as "Sample" for everything in DB; one day we have to clear this thing even if it's said no-intro shoul have a new naming convention.
I think no-intro's naming conversion works great for rom but I have to admit that it does need to be tweaked when used for disc based games.

I don't want to go back to some old topics, but I've said too much about: no-intro <=> optical media dumps.
