You know, I bought these games new, and I'm in the west coast USA. How would europe releases get here. Probably they are World released.

Are you sure about this? Because that means this http://redump.org/disc/9423/ is UK not australia. The box says "not for sale outside of Australasia and Asia". And customer support has a lot of addresses, in many countries.

These games are probably manufactured in the UK and exported to other English-speaking countries. It's not that uncommon.

But Max Payne is a Finnish game O_o, and F-22 is an American game...
