After retrieving new dump by themabus I noticed that old dump by p_star missed 2 seconds pregap and it's the same, so I deleted entry http://redump.org/disc/1980/ and move dumper p_star to new dump by themabus http://redump.org/disc/8728/.
Sorry for not asking before acting but I think it was too much clear.

You shouldn't delete any dumps, better make them red. Red entries aren't visible to anyone and "free" numbers can't be reassigned to other dumps, anyway (I don't like "holes" in db).
