it's Bandai the Best with internal serial from Asia,
the way database works - ther's no way to tell how many releases is dumped 1 or 2 in this case,
since Asia is not added at all in Country or Edition and this record get's both serials
it looks just the same as e.g. Wizard's Harmony 2 or Gran Turismo 2 - having Asia present
comments are the only place where to show this, maybe i didn't formulate it right though, i'm sorry then

Wait, wait. I understand, when there are 2 different releases with different serials of the same game are dumped and they matched. But I don't understand 2 serials and "presumably matching" here. If there's only 1 version dumped - should be only external serial left, internal isn't needed, you can mention it in comments. If you don't agree with the available regions, write "Region: Asia" in comments. We don't add both internal and external serials for Saturn rereleases, only external - same should be done for all the systems. You can mention the second serial in comments, though. SCPS-45160, SLPS-03232 -- which one is the real serial from the covers/cd print?

well whole PSX set is like this
