Dumped the (USA) version and noticed that track11 and track12 didn't match the (Europe) version, so I checked that one again and it turns out that for some reason the gaps on those tracks were wrong 
So if you want to fix the (Europe) one, try moving 352800 bytes over from track11 to track12. If track11 doesn't match after moving the bytes over, try this patch: http://www.speedyshare.com/951575527.html
