No-Intro has xenogears's crc in their db.. does that mean that the other one is a bad dump?

Same here, again asapy's dump isn't in the no-intro dat (but pepsidrinker's is).. which dump is correct and which one isn't?

Also, why does this dump have FW4.05 in the comments and in version (datfile)?: http://redump.org/disc/6504/

They are probably all correct if they was dumped with pspfiler, all my dumps was dumped with pspfiler and since asapy told me to dump with that program he probably does also..

I can check my Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness and see what firmware it has on it but if his as two serials it was release somewhere else also and probably has a later firmware then the one I dumped....

I can't say for certain on xenogears and asapy dumps.

DJoneK made a comment in the news thread that no-intro stopped updating their psp dat maybe that's why they aren't in the dat?

Ok, since SFOInfo link doesn't work anymore I can't check with that program for clean output but opening the SFO in notepad it's readable..

Mine was only released in (USA) and it looks like my firmware on disc is for 3.51...like said the other example you gave might be for the same reason.

Ok.. thanks for clearing it up

All are correct, they just have different firmware updates in the iso (so users can update there psp through the umd). Where the game was obviously updated and re-distrubuted. Somewhat like v1.0 and v1.1, however no game data has changed, only the firmware update
