The two-disk USA game listed here is called 'Wild Arms 2' on the title screen, spine, cover and disk:

Very true.  I just saw a vid on YouTube here and even the title screen says "Wild Arms 2".  It probably it says 2nd Ignition in another region version but seems like not in the US version.

EDIT: In that same video, you can see "Wild Arms: 2nd Ignition" in the intro video, but I don't know if that really counts.
