For PSP, there are only a few Australian only games.: Buzz: brain of Oz, Madal of Honer Heroes 2, Scoobydoo: who's watching who?
Is it really English only? I remember version 1.00 of the game is multi5, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish. you need to change the language of psp to check the languages.

How did you figure that out?
I did use PSPFiler 5.9 to get that dump, I've updated to 6.0 and now I can't get consistent values 
.

Can you try to format the MemoryStick and dump it twice again?

Well, because it doesn't match the scene dump, which is confirmed to be dumped by pspfiler.
