6e49d969929bb2644ed909d0ede8a68a - value currently in db, is also the same for at least Luigi's Mansion
so maybe Haldrie made an mistake when submitting,
maybe not since they often match, i think, like that time,
so i don't know really,
i don't even know what's that md5 for at all

The DOLMD5 is the MD5 hash of the game's executable file if I'm not mistaken.

After looking at that post you linked to it looks like all those demo discs may be using the same executable for every version and that may be why the DOLMD5 matches on all of them.

other DOL MD5's from demos are okay! they where checked by the dumper. they just use the same boot loader
