Hiya,

I dumped from original media the game Die Hard Trilogy (E) [SLES-00445] and all match the database except the last track.

All tracks have a pregap of 02 seconds, write offset is +2 (669-667 for my drive), etc.

But in the last track i got one error if i dump the track with overreading:

My disc is a little scratched (not so much) but i get always the same CRC values with or without overreading.

If the game was already dumped 2 or more times i must assume then, that my disc is not valid for preservation? Or there is some trick to get the correct CRC for the last audio track?

Thanks.

EAC won't overread with some drives.
i don't quite remember, but i think it was so that even more data could end up being replaced with 0x00 in those cases.
IIRC, when OR. is enabled on such drive, it was as if EAC would ignore offset, and cut there.
you might try to go at the very end of last track with IsoBuster or such program, that allow sector view, and see if it returns more data than EAC does.

Thanks themabus, my drive only overread into the lead in, and has a Read Offset of +667, then i suppose i can dump well the discs with a negative write offset value.

And for the discs with a positive read offset, i must asume my drive can' read the last track completely (i need another drive roll)
