I think this title should be renamed to match the disc 1 of this set (http://redump.org/disc/45046/), which is currently named "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (Disc 1) (Install Disc)"

Case in point: disc 1 label is FELLOWSHIP_INST, disc 2 label is FELLOWSHIP_PLAY

Disc 1 asks fore "Play disc" during installation, see attached screenshot.

So I think it should be renamed to this:

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (Disc 2) (Play Disc)

Assuming that it's the exact same edition as this link, i've searched for the exact same barcode on ebay, the "Play Disc" doesn't have the title printed on the disc as you can see from the photo, which is probably why the previous dumpers omitted it.

As tony pointed out. We go by what's written on disc. Having only one of the discs be named is quite common.
