I think the region should be Europe ? I don't see any proof that this was UK only, the box, manual and disc have ENG, which would indicate a generic EU copy

The dutch variant also exists for http://redump.org/disc/22830/ btw, didn't found one for PS2 though but there is not reason to think it wouldn't exist for this console as well
