even the box says only "II", but the official site says "2" and we already have XSX USA version in the name.

The naming of a disc in redump doesn't always follow what the "official" name online is. We pick what the disc/case/in-game title is, and everywhere they write it as II

It seems to be the same for the XSX disc, so I think the correct main title should be "Dragon's Dogma II"
