It's a re-release. I have another disc which has PVD timestamp earlier by 1 day.
The game was released in Poland on May 10, 2004, so the edition matches. Therefore, both yours and Silent's editions are Original, but Silent's edition is Rev 1.

It looks like it's some kind of hotfix release (corrupted file). It doesn't look like Rev 1 to me

Submit to redump and we'll evaluate it
But if it's a hotfix, then even more so in the redump language, it will be another revision
