Is it possible to hook up a DVD-ROM drive to an X68000 computer and access the contents of this disc? If not then it should be considered an IBM PC disc, in my opinion.

The X68000 should be able to read DVD‑ROMs when a DVD drive is connected.
The issue I’m talking about is that redump.org doesn’t have an entry for "X68000 DVD‑5".
