Are you sure? The main executable (default.xex) also looks like it has a bunch of changes.

Apart from the changes in the XemID, and a higher version of libraries requirement which is certainly related to the more recent system update, I did not see any.

It definitely has newer build in XeMID and higher kernel version requirement, but default.xex has a later PE timestamp (1-2 months) and the binary difference is large, so it looks like a standard revision to me.

Standard revision in that the game has changes to it, rather than system-firmware-update only.
I can't tell what the changes are from the file itself as it is compiled code, it would need to be decompiled or played.
Regardless, it looks to be like an actual revision, so there is no need for an extra comment.
