Before that, I wasn't sure if it is part of the title. After seeing http://redump.org/disc/64920, I am sure that this is indeed a part of the title.

Did you check in game? You noted it down as being in English so logically. The title screen should be in English as well rather than German.

I checked before submitting, which I remember as "Destroyer Command", without "2. Waltkrieg Marine Kampf-Simulation".
